A neutron in the scattering beam has momentum 1.32 x 10^-24 kg m s^-1.
Calculate its de Broglie wavelength. Use h = 6.63 x 10^-34 J s.

Neutrons scatter from magnetic moments in the material. The researchers used the measured scattering pattern to calculate a quantity called quantum Fisher information. A model of independent microscopic moments could not produce the measured value, while the data were consistent with groups of at least nine microscopic entities responding collectively.
Explain why this is indirect evidence for quantum correlations rather than a direct photograph of entanglement.

1(c)
The crystal sample is centimetres across, but the analysis gives an entanglement depth of at least nine microscopic entities. Explain two reasons why this does not show that one entangled state stretches across the full centimetre-sized sample or that the whole crystal moves as one visible quantum object.
